being social. sorta.
Feb. 9th, 2010 10:18 pmlast night i went and visited my friend s. she had her fourth daughter back in december and i still hadn't seen her. we ate dinner, played the wii with her 3 year old, listened to the 6 year old twins read and then watched some television and chatted with her and her husband. it was a nice domestic evening with her family :)
tonight, i drove to a2 in the OMG SNOW to meet r. he wanted to go get the snowblower that i've been storing at my parents house. he, of course, then drove the rest of the way to my parents house. it was quite a nice quiet drive in the OMG SNOW. i just have no idea why it had to be tonight, because OMG SNOW. crazy man. luckily, i've lived in michigan my entire life, so the snow doesn't really bother me at all. i'm pretty stellar when driving in it actually. it was nice getting to see my parents and papa (very briefly) and showing r the 'farm'. he's never been there and it's extremely country, but also extremely beautiful covered in all the OMG SNOW. then we had dinner at panera.
two lovely evenings. altho i DID miss idol tonight, grr argh.
