had christmas with the family on saturday. mom's emotional manipulation and inability to take any sort of responsibility for things made it a frustrating and annoying day. what fun!

my sister got me a ds! that was a huge surprise. it's a used one she got off of craig's list, so luckily it wasn't ridiculously expensive. and this was in addition to the three cd's and movie she got me. beyond generous i thought. my sister is the awesomest.

i woke up early saturday morning and went shopping at kohl's to buy my christmas present from my parents. i got two pairs of boots and a bunch of socks. everything was over half off.

my brother-in-law made margaritas in the evening, but there wasn't nearly enough alcohol in them.
